Collaboration
Multiple users, multiple companies, one account
Invite team members or your accountant. Roles decide who may change what; the log shows who did it.
Inviting
Invite by e-mail
E-mail address, role, language of the invitation — that’s all it takes. The invited person creates an account or accepts with their existing one; the invitation is valid for 14 days and can be withdrawn at any time.
There is no per-user surcharge: whether you work alone or as a team of five, the price stays the same.
Roles
Owners and team members
Two roles, clearly separated: owners may do everything — including subscription, users and company settings. Team members keep the books: record, bill, close. They see company settings read-only.
The principal owner stands for the company: their subscription covers it, and only they can delete it or hand over ownership.
Accountants
For accountants: every client in one login
If you look after several companies, you switch between them with one click — or create a company for a new client right away. Each company has its own journal, its own receipts, its own VAT return; only the login is shared.
The year-end comes as PDF and CSV — in the format your accountant needs for the tax return.
Change log
Every change traceable
The change log records who changed what and when — entries, invoices, settings. With several people in one set of books that isn’t a nicety; it’s what lets you answer a question six months later.
Frequently asked questions about collaboration
- Does my accountant need their own subscription?
- No. The principal owner’s subscription covers the company. Invited people — including your accountant — only need a free account.
- Can I remove someone again?
- Yes, as an owner, at any time. The person immediately loses access to this company; their entries remain, with their name in the log.
- What if I run several companies myself?
- Then you create them all in your account and switch via “My companies”. Each company keeps its own, separate books — your subscription covers every company you are principal owner of.
Keep the books together, at no extra cost
