Record, bill, file, close — a sole proprietorship needs no more bookkeeping than that.
Upload the receipt, MILQ reads amount, date and category — you check and save. In EUR, USD or GBP too: the official FTA daily rate is already filled in.
Customers and hourly rates are ready to pick. One click turns the quote into an invoice that goes out by e-mail — with a Swiss QR payment part. If someone doesn’t pay, you send a reminder with a click.
MILQ extracts the tax from every entry and shows the figures in the same layout as the official FTA form — net tax rate or effective method.
One click for the income statement, one for the complete journal, one for the receipt archive. Ready for the tax return — or for the accountant you invite directly.

Settings are now grouped into “Company” and “Personal”. Everything that appears on the invoice — bank details and design — lives under “Invoices”; the add-on features (AI receipt reading, foreign currencies, time tracking) are switched on under “Features”, taking effect immediately. Company settings can now only be changed by owners; team members see them read-only.
Beyond the logo, you now choose the typeface, accent colour, logo position and size, table style and a footer with e-mail, phone, website or VAT number. A sample invoice shows every change instantly. The design applies to invoices, quotes and credit notes — including existing ones, as every PDF is generated on request.
If you work by the hour, track your time directly in MILQ: date, customer, service, duration, text — billable or not. Filter the list by open or billed and by customer; put selected entries on an invoice with one click, one line per entry with its date. Enable it under Settings › Features.
