You write quotes in the same editor as invoices: pick the customer, pull line items from your services, set a validity date. When the customer accepts, one click converts the quote into the invoice — items, prices and customer are already there.

Credit notes
Credit note instead of cancellation
You don’t reverse a paid invoice with a cancellation but with a credit note — in full or in part, as a separate document with its own number. The counter-entries are created automatically, per VAT rate as on the invoice, and the reduction in consideration ends up where the FTA expects it.

Frequently asked questions about invoices
- Do I need a QR-IBAN?
- No. With a regular IBAN, MILQ produces a QR-bill without a reference. With a QR-IBAN — your bank issues it free of charge — you get the structured reference that lets your e-banking match incoming payments to the invoice.
- What happens when a payment arrives?
- You record the payment in MILQ — in full or as a partial payment — and the matching income appears as an entry in the journal. There is deliberately no automatic bank connection: no bank credentials in MILQ, no mismatches.
- Can I still download invoices as PDF?
- Yes, any time. E-mail delivery is a shortcut, not an obligation — if you prefer to post invoices or mail them yourself, download the PDF.
