Unlimited users per company and several companies per account — at the same price. The subscription belongs to the principal owner and covers all their companies; anyone invited only needs a free account.
Frequently asked questions about the subscription
- What happens after the 30 days?
- Nothing automatic. We don’t collect payment details upfront, so there is no silent renewal. If you don’t actively subscribe, your access expires — your data stays available and exportable.
- Can I cancel at any time?
- Yes, with one click in your account and without notice period. The subscription runs until the end of the paid period, then ends. There is no minimum term.
- Can I still access my data after cancelling?
- Yes. At any time — even after the subscription has expired — you can download a complete export as PDF, CSV and receipt archive. Your books belong to you, not to us.
- What does an extra user or a second company cost?
- Nothing. The subscription belongs to you, not to the company: every company you are principal owner of runs on the same subscription, and invited users don’t need one. There are no bundles and no tiers, because there is nothing to tier.
- Which payment methods are accepted?
- Credit and debit cards, including Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payment runs through Stripe; card number and security code never reach our servers.
