What’s in MILQ — and what deliberately isn’t. Every feature is part of the one price; there are no modules and no tiers.

Deliberately not

What MILQ doesn’t do

Simple bookkeeping stays simple because it leaves things out. These four are among them — and if you need them, another program will serve you better.

Double-entry bookkeeping
No chart of accounts, no balance sheet, no journal entries. MILQ is income-expense accounting under Art. 957 of the Swiss Code of Obligations for sole proprietorships below CHF 500'000.– in revenue.
Payroll
You record wages as an expense, but MILQ doesn’t produce payslips, salary certificates or social insurance declarations.
Bank connection
No automatic bank statements, no automatic payment matching. You record payments yourself — and in return, no bank credentials live in MILQ.
Inventory
Stock valuation and changes in inventory belong in double-entry bookkeeping. If you hold valued stock, you need more than income-expense accounting.

Everything included, from day one

No feature has to be unlocked or bought separately. Try it with your own numbers — or take the tour first.

No credit card, no automatic renewal.
